RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased through Palash Thhakur (website: palashthhakur.com) including consultations, digital PDF reports, audio packs, and physical products.
We request you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
SECTION 1: DIGITAL PDF SERVICES & REPORTS
(Applicable to: Quick Solutions, Premium Solutions, Numerology Reports, Astrology Reports, and all PDF-based services)
1.1 No refund after delivery
Due to the personalized, non-transferable, and digital nature of these services, NO REFUND is provided once the PDF report has been delivered to the customer via email or any other means.
1.2 Cancellation before delivery
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the PDF report has NOT yet been delivered to you. In such a case:
- 50% of the order value will be refunded
- 50% is retained as service fee for the time spent on analyzing your birth details and initial preparation
1.3 How to cancel before delivery
Send your cancellation request by email to palashthhakur@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 95714 50711 with your Order ID. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
1.4 No refund for change of mind
If you receive the PDF and simply change your mind, do not like the predictions, or feel the report does not meet your expectations, NO REFUND will be provided. Each report is prepared manually based on Vedic astrology principles and reflects genuine astrological analysis.
1.5 Dispute resolution
If you believe the report was not delivered as described, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern. If found valid, we may offer a partial resolution or a credit voucher. No full refund will be issued.
SECTION 2: VIDEO CONSULTATIONS (Astrology / Numerology / Vastu)
2.1 Cancellation by customer
You are entitled to cancel your consultation within 48 hours of booking. In such a case:
- 50% of the consultation fee will be refunded
- 50% is retained as cancellation fee due to calendar blocking
2.2 No refund after consultation
Once the video consultation has been conducted (whether attended by you or not), NO REFUND is provided.
2.3 No-show policy
If you do not join the scheduled video call at the confirmed time and do not inform us at least 2 hours in advance, NO REFUND is provided. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
2.4 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation once free of cost, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Second rescheduling will incur a fee of 25% of the consultation fee.
SECTION 3: IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS
3.1 No refund for in-person consultations booked online
You are not entitled to cancel your in-person consultation. No refund is provided if you cancel or do not show up at the scheduled time and place.
SECTION 4: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, Idols, etc.)
4.1 Gemstones
Gemstones once ordered and paid for cannot be returned under any circumstances. No refund, no credit voucher, no exchange.
4.2 Other spiritual products (Rudraksha, Yantras, Idols, etc.)
You may return unopened products in original packaging within 24 hours of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be issued only after we physically receive the product in undamaged condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 5: MANTRA AUDIO PACKS
5.1 No refund after download or delivery
Once the audio files (MP3) and/or download links and PDF guide have been delivered to you, NO REFUND is provided.
5.2 Cancellation before delivery
You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase if the audio pack has not yet been delivered. 50% refund will be provided.
SECTION 6: GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES
6.1 No chargeback acceptance
By making a purchase on this website, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback with Razorpay, your bank, or credit card company for any of the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after receiving the PDF
- You did not like the astrological predictions
- You found similar information elsewhere
- You did not read the product description properly
6.2 Chargeback dispute
If a chargeback is initiated despite this policy, we reserve the right to:
- Present this policy as evidence to Razorpay / your bank
- Block your email and IP address from future purchases
- Pursue recovery of the amount plus a ₹500 dispute handling fee
6.3 Refund processing time
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

SECTION 7: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing a purchase on palashthhakur.com or palashthhakur.com/palash-thhakur-shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
