Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for Refund for Services Booked Online:

You are entitled to cancel your order/consultation within 48 hours and no later than that. In such as a case, we only refund 50% of the consultation fee paid by you. This is due to the fact that we strictly work on confirmed calendars and a cancelled consultation is a complete loss of time for us. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 working days from the date of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund for In-Person Consultations Booked Online:

You are not entitled to cancel your order/consultation for pre-booked in-person consultations. No refund is provided if you cancel the order/consultation or do not show up at the scheduled time and place of meeting.

Conditions for returns for Gemstones:

Gemstones once ordered and paid for cannot be returned under any circumstances. Money is not refunded and no credit voucher is issued.

Conditions for returns for Spiritual and Religious Products:

You can return the purchased products, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. You have 24 hours to return the product. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the return requests to the following address along with your order number or invoice number:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
